Integrations

TrueGrade’s integrations are managed through a central marketplace — a single place to configure all external connections. Navigate to Administration → Integrations to access the marketplace.

Available Integrations

Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, generic OIDC, and SAML 2.0.

Single Sign-On

Bring your own S3 or Google Cloud Storage bucket for document and photo storage.

Storage Providers

Resend, SMTP, Postmark, Mailgun, and Amazon SES for transactional email.

Email Providers

Send real-time event notifications to external systems via outbound HTTP POST.

Webhooks

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini for document classification and extraction.

AI Providers

Integration availability varies by plan. SSO and bring-your-own storage are available on Enterprise plans only. Email providers, webhooks, and AI providers are available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Integration Health

The marketplace shows the connection status of each integration:

Connected — integration is active and healthy
Warning — integration is configured but experiencing errors (see logs)
Disconnected — credentials invalid or connection timed out
Not configured — integration is available but not set up

Review integration logs under Administration → Integrations → [Integration] → Logs to diagnose connection issues.
