TrueGrade includes a built-in assistant that helps with the routine work of communicating and record-keeping — drafting replies, capturing notes, and organizing follow-ups. It is designed to be human-in-the-loop at every step: the assistant proposes, and a person always reviews and confirms before anything goes out or gets created.

Nothing the assistant produces is acted on automatically. Drafted communications wait in the Triage Queue for an authorized reviewer, and voice captures are only saved after you confirm the structured preview.
