Triage Queue

The Triage Queue is where every communication the assistant drafts on your behalf waits for a person to review it. Nothing the assistant writes is acted on automatically — each draft lands here first, with the reasoning and source records it used, so an authorized reviewer can approve, edit, delegate, or reject it. It is the human checkpoint that keeps you in control of anything that would go out under your organization’s name.

Who Uses This

The queue is worked by Admins and by whichever approver role a given draft is routed to — for higher-risk drafts that can be Project Manager, Senior Estimator, or Accounting (and Platform Admin). Any reviewer can reject, delegate, or snooze a draft; only a reviewer whose role meets the draft’s required approver level can approve or edit it. The queue shows a clear indicator on each row telling you whether you can approve it.

Where to Find It

Triage Queue sits under the Agentic group in the left navigation sidebar.

Reading the Queue

Each draft is listed with:

ColumnWhat it tells you
RiskLow, Medium, or High — how sensitive the draft is
Subject / ExcerptThe drafted subject line and a short preview
UrgencyHow time-sensitive the originating signal was
PendingHow long the draft has been waiting
Required roleThe role needed to approve this particular draft

Drafts that need someone with a higher role than yours stay visible so you can still delegate or reject them, but the approve action is locked until the right reviewer opens them.

Reviewing a Draft

Open the draft

Select a row to open the detail panel. You’ll see the full drafted message, the required approver, the urgency, and how long it has been pending.

Check the source citations

The panel lists the records the assistant drew on to write the draft, each marked verified or inferred. Use these to confirm the draft is grounded in the right project, contact, and facts before you act on it.

Choose an action

Approve the draft as written, Edit it and approve your revision, Delegate it to another role, Snooze it to resurface later, Convert to Action Item to track a follow-up, or Reject it with a reason. If a draft points at the wrong project or contact, use Wrong project/contact — that flag feeds the assistant’s accuracy tracking.

Confirm

Your decision is recorded with your name, role, and the outcome, creating an audit trail for every draft the assistant produced.

Approving a draft records and audits your approval and advances the draft through its workflow. Automated outbound sending of approved messages is being rolled out; until it is enabled for your organization, approval captures your sign-off and the message is handed off for sending rather than dispatched automatically.

Held Runs

Above the pending queue, a “Needs your confirmation” area surfaces assistant runs that paused because they need an explicit go-ahead before continuing. Clearing these keeps the assistant’s work moving. When there are none, the area is hidden.
