Executive Analytics
Executive Analytics is the leadership dashboard: a single, organization-wide view that rolls up the numbers that matter across all of your projects at once. Instead of opening each project to check where things stand, you see overall compliance health, certification progress, how actively the platform is being used, and a status snapshot of every project — all on one page.
Who Uses This
Executive Analytics is available to Admin and Platform Admin roles. It is a read-only overview meant for the people accountable for the health of the whole operation, so no data is edited here — it summarizes records maintained elsewhere in TrueGrade.
Where to Find It
Analytics sits under the Admin group in the left navigation sidebar.
What the Dashboard Shows
Compliance Health
An organization-wide compliance rate, with cards calling out documents that are expired or expiring soon and a list of current deficiencies to chase down.
Certification Coverage
A view of certification progress across projects, including a project-by-certification heatmap and a summary of federal 45L tax credits driven by ZERH and ENERGY STAR status — captured and still potential.
System Adoption
A set of 30-day activity figures showing how actively your team is using the platform — a quick read on rollout and engagement.
Project Overview
A sortable, filterable table of every project with its status and compliance level color-coded, so you can spot the projects that need attention at a glance.
Every figure here is a rollup of records you already maintain — compliance documents, certifications, and project activity. The dashboard is only as current as the underlying records, so keeping day-to-day data up to date keeps the executive view accurate.
