Billing is managed under Administration → Billing. Only the Owner role can manage billing.

All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is available with a 15% discount — contact sales@truegrade.build.

Changing Plans

Navigate to Administration → Billing → Change Plan. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Downgrading from Business to Professional reduces your active user limit to 5 and project limit to 3. Ensure you’ve deactivated users and archived projects before downgrading, or the downgrade will be blocked.

Payment Methods

TrueGrade accepts:

To update your payment method, navigate to Administration → Billing → Payment Method → Update.

Invoices

Monthly invoices are generated on your billing cycle date and emailed to the billing contact (defaults to the Owner). Access all invoices from Administration → Billing → Invoice History. Each invoice is downloadable as PDF.

Billing Contact

The billing contact email (for invoice delivery) can be set separately from the Owner’s email. Update it from Administration → Billing → Billing Contact.

Trial

New organizations receive a 14-day free trial on any plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial:

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from Administration → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible until then. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
