Organization Settings

Organization settings control how TrueGrade behaves for your entire organization. Navigate to Administration → Organization Settings.

Company Profile

Field	Description
Organization name	Legal company name — appears on generated PDFs
DBA	Doing-business-as name
Business address	Primary office address
Phone	Main business phone
Website	Company website URL
Contractor license	State-issued contractor license number
Logo	PNG or SVG, max 2MB — appears on the subcontractor portal and generated documents

Timezone — all timestamp display and scheduled notifications use this timezone
Date format — MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
Currency — currently USD only; additional currencies planned

These values pre-fill when new projects are created:

Default cost code structure — MasterFormat, CSI, or Custom
Default working days — select which days count toward schedule calculations
Default retention rate — used in subcontractor pay applications (default: 10%)
Document retention period — how long expired compliance documents remain accessible

Set organization-wide defaults for notification delivery. Individual project settings can override these defaults:

Compliance alert lead times — days before expiration to trigger alerts (multi-stage)
Budget variance threshold — percentage over budget that triggers an alert
Daily report digest — enable/disable and set delivery time
Certification milestone — enable/disable notifications when certifications advance
