Organization Setup

Organization settings are available to Admin and Platform Admin roles under Administration → Organization Settings.

Company Profile

The company profile populates generated documents including pay application cover sheets and compliance certificates.

Project Defaults

Set defaults that pre-populate every new project:

  • Default cost code structure — choose CSSI, MasterFormat, or a custom code set
  • Default timezone — applied to all date/time stamps on field reports
  • Working days — select which days of the week count toward schedule calculations
  • Document retention — how long expired compliance documents remain accessible (30, 60, 90, or 180 days)

Notification Preferences

Configure email digests and alert thresholds:

  • Compliance alerts — how many days before document expiration to send warnings (default: 30 days, 7 days, day-of)
  • Daily report digest — morning summary of previous day’s field reports, sent to selected roles
  • Budget alerts — notify when any cost code exceeds a configurable variance threshold
  • Certification milestone — email when a certification advances or requires action

Data & Security

These settings affect all users in your organization. Confirm changes with your IT administrator before modifying security policies.

  • Session timeout — idle session expiration in minutes (default: 60)
  • Two-factor authentication — require 2FA for all users, admins only, or make it optional
  • SSO enforcement — if SSO is configured, require all users to authenticate via SSO (disables password login)
  • IP allowlist — restrict access to specific IP ranges (useful for VPN-required workflows)
