Dashboard Modules
The TrueGrade dashboard is the first screen your team sees after signing in. It is built from modules — individual cards such as Compliance Status, Expiring Documents, Open RFIs, Recent Field Reports, and Budget Summary. Dashboard module settings let an administrator decide which modules appear and in what order, so each organization sees the information that matters most to it.
Modules are configured under Settings → Dashboard Modules. Only Admin and Platform Admin roles can change the layout, and the layout applies to everyone in the organization.
Available Modules
| Module | Shows |
|---|---|
| Compliance Status | How many subcontractors are compliant, expiring, or non-compliant |
| Expiring Documents | Documents due to expire in the next 30 days |
| Verification Queue | Documents waiting to be reviewed |
| Open Field Issues | Unresolved items from the field board |
| Recent Reports | The latest daily field reports |
| Budget Summary | Committed vs. actual cost across active projects |
| Timesheet Status | Outstanding timesheets awaiting approval |
Which modules are available also depends on your plan and which features your organization uses.
Configuring the Layout
- Open Settings → Dashboard Modules
- Turn modules on or off with the toggle next to each one
- Drag modules to reorder them — the top-left module is the most prominent
- Save — every user sees the updated dashboard on their next visit
Put the module your team acts on most at the top left. For a compliance-driven organization that is usually Expiring Documents or the Verification Queue; for a cost-focused team it may be Budget Summary.
Role-Based Visibility
Individual modules still respect each user’s role. If a module shows data a user is not permitted to see — for example, budget figures for a field worker — that module simply does not appear for them, even when it is enabled organization-wide.
